Enrolling your child with a care provider before he or she is born
For children aged between 3 months and 2.5-3 years old, there are various care providers, private or subsidised: nurseries or child minders (a person who looks after the children in her own home).
It is recommended that you enrol your child before he or she is born (from 3 months of the pregnancy). The Office de la Naissance et de l’Enfance, [Belgian Office of Birth and Childhood] the ONE, gathers and lists all of this information.
