For children aged between 3 months and 2.5-3 years old, there are various care providers, private or subsidised: nurseries or child minders (a person who looks after the children in her own home).

In general, the school offers a childcare service before or after school. Other services, primarily organised by the ONE also exist after school or during the holidays. A number of sports clubs, academies, non-profits… offer a range of after-school activities, whether creative or active. To find out about these, consult your borough’s website. A number of youth organisations also offer a variety of activities for young people.
